The proposal includes the development of new buildings to provide additional floorspace for existing uses. It includes additional work space and educational accommodation, in addition to public realm works including a new riverside walkway and public square.
The development will provide an additional 4,393 sq.m of space, which will be managed by USM to provide low cost workspace for the creative industries, focussed on small to medium enterprises.
